Cancellation and refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

• No cancellations are allowed once the order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products.

• A return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear unboxing video without any jump cut from starting to end showing the damage.

• Without a valid unboxing video, the return request will not be accepted.

• If your refund is approved, we will process it within [5–10 business days] to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
